The OKANAGAN BASIN WATER BOARD (OBWB) was established in 1970 as a collaboration of the three Okanagan regional districts – North, Central and Okanagan-Similkameen - to provide leadership for sustainable water management in the valley, from Armstrong to Osoyoos.
